1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Whisp ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

Whisp is a voice typing application that allows users to dictate text using their voice and earn rewards through our rewards program.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use the Service for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the Service materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Subscription and Billing

Whisp offers Starter and Pro subscription tiers with different features and reward structures. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Starter plan: $8/month or $96/year
• Pro plan: $12/month or $144/year

5. Rewards Program

Whisp offers a rewards program where users can earn money by using the voice typing feature:

• Starter plan users earn $45 for their first 2,500 words, then $9 per 2,500 words thereafter
• Pro plan users earn $65 for their first 2,500 words, then $9 per 2,500 words thereafter
• Starter plan has a $500 withdrawal limit; Pro plan has unlimited withdrawals
• Rewards are processed manually within 24 hours of withdrawal request
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To artificially inflate word counts or game the rewards system
• To spam or send unsolicited messages

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Whisp or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. Whisp does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the app settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
