Command Mode: Control your computer with voice

Use voice commands to navigate, format, and edit without touching your keyboard.

What Is Command Mode?

Command Mode lets you control your computer using natural voice commands. Instead of dictating text, you can navigate, format, edit, and perform actions—all hands-free.

Activating Command Mode

There are two ways to enter Command Mode:

  • Keyboard shortcut: Press Ctrl + Shift + C (Windows) or ⌘ + Shift + C (Mac)
  • Voice activation: While dictating, say "Command Mode"

You'll see the Whisp indicator change color to show you're in Command Mode.
